Payment Policy

1. Scope and Purpose
This Payment Policy governs all payments, transactions, fees, commissions, refunds, and other financial operations conducted on or through the Platform accessible at https://animatefriend.com (the “Platform”). This Payment Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and is binding on all Users.

2. Relationship to Other Policies
This Payment Policy shall be interpreted in conjunction with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other binding policies published on the Platform. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. Account Registration
User registration on the Platform is free of charge and no fees are charged for creating a user account. Upon registration, the user is automatically assigned the FREE Plan, which provides basic access to the Platform.

2. Use of AI-driven Livechat Services
Access to and use of livechat services on the Platform is a paid feature. To use AI-driven livechat, users must purchase either a Basic Plan or a Pro Plan. These subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis. Detailed information regarding pricing, plan features, and usage limits (including available chat time or other service parameters) is provided in the Pricing section of the Platform.

3. Livechat Cloning
The cloning of a livechat character is subject to a one-time fee. The applicable price for cloning is always displayed in connection with the specific livechat that the user intends to clone.

1. Cryptocurrency Payments (NOWPayments)
The Platform supports cryptocurrency payments via the third-party processor NOWPayments. Users must hold a supported cryptocurrency in their own wallet. Payments are typically processed almost instantly and are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. NOWPayments charges an approximate processing fee of 0.5%, plus variable blockchain network fees depending on the selected cryptocurrency and network conditions. All such fees are paid by the User.

2. Bank Transfer to Czech Republic (Česká spořitelna)
Payments may also be made via bank transfer to the Operator’s bank account in the Czech Republic.

EU / EEA Payments: Payments in EUR or CZK may be made via SEPA Credit Transfer. SEPA transfers are typically low-cost or free, depending on the payer’s bank, and usually take 1–2 business days.

Non-EU Payments (including USA): Payments may be made via international SWIFT transfer. Such payments may involve sender, intermediary, and recipient bank fees, as well as currency conversion fees when paying in USD or other currencies. Processing time may range from 2 to 7 business days. All bank-related fees are borne by the User.

1. Refunds
Purchased credits are used to pay for AI-driven livechat use or livechat cloning and are non-refundable.

2. Amendments
The Operator reserves the right to amend this Payment Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
