AnimateFriend.com is not a “Producer” as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations. The Platform’s activities are limited to: (a) providing tools for AI-generated content, and (b) the distribution, transmission, storage, retrieval, and hosting of content created and/or submitted by registered users. Accordingly, AnimateFriend.com is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. The Platform undertakes to act promptly, including removing content, upon identification of any violation of its terms or applicable rules.

AnimateFriend.com operates as a “Provider of an Interactive Computer Service” within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. § 230. As such, the Platform is not considered the publisher or speaker of content created or submitted by users in areas of the service under their control.
